I have never done any yoga or meditation in my life. Will I be able to do it? ↓
Yes, it doesn’t matter if you have never done any sort of yoga or meditation before. This technique is very easy and anybody can do it. I promise to make sure you are up and running by the end of the Learn to Meditate course.
Do I have to sit crossed legged? ↓
No, you just need to sit in a comfortable chair or somewhere your back is supported.
Can I join the 4 sessions split over different weeks? ↓
No, the Learn to Meditate course is taken in four sessions at 1.5 hours each split over consecutive days.
What if I don’t get it in 4 sessions? ↓
I won’t let you go until you have got it and feel comfortable taking it for a spin at home.
I have tried clearing my mind with meditation before and it doesn’t work. How is this different? ↓
We know trying to clear your mind of thoughts cannot be done. This technique does not require any effort, force or control. Vedic Mediation is very natural and as a result your mind and body will experience deep rest and relaxation.
I don’t want to change anything with my life, can I still learn Vedic Meditation? ↓
Yes absolutely. You don’t need to change anything about yourself or your life. We encourage you to practise Vedic Mediation for 20 mins twice a day to get the best benefits.
I want to meditate, but I don’t want all the woo-woo stuff, can I do that? ↓
Yes, you can learn this simple technique to incorporate in your day to day life without diving into any of the Vedic knowledge.
Is it a religion? ↓
No. Vedic meditation is not religious. The Vedic body of knowledge from ancient India date back to over 5000 years ago, but it is not part of any organised religion. The knowledge has been passed down in this tradition so it can be practised here today with you.
I don’t have time to meditate, why would I add another thing to my list? ↓
We all have very busy lives and roles to play. One of the benefits of Vedic Meditation is more energy, more clarity, greater feeling of being rested to tackle our to do lists. Mediators tend to report having more time in the day and mental capacity and creativity.
Do I have to do all 4 sessions of the Learn to Meditate course? ↓
Yes, each session of the course is required as part of the instruction to get you up and running so that you have this technique for the rest of your life.
How much does it cost to learn and why do we have to pay? ↓
The Learn to Meditate Course is $880 in full or via instalments of $88 over 10 months. The commitment you make and invest in this practise will elevate your experience. It is a high grade experience and high grade knowledge.
